I have over 23 years’ experience in the field, having worked both locally and abroad, and have a good reputation in the industry. I offer advice and update CVs and LinkedIn profiles.
I take a look at senior level CVs and LinkedIn profiles to ensure the candidate gives an exceptional first impression. I’ll advise what needs to be improved and implement those changes if need be. Once the candidate’s profiles are 100%, I’ll network on behalf of the candidate and advise on better ways to search for jobs and how to further develop their personal brand.

New Business Search / Identify New Vacancies
I identify new roles for recruiters to market their candidates to.
I assist recruiters to find new roles to market their candidates to. I’ll do the research according to which type of role the candidate wants and supply the recruiter with a list of potential vacancies. Culture fit checks will need to be done by the recruiter.
Candidate Sourcing
Advanced Boolean searches for hard-to-find candidates and supplying a list of relevant candidates to Human Resources/Recruiters.
Instead of advertising for a role, I can conduct advanced searches online to find your ideal candidate. Sourcing is an incredible tool for finding candidates with the right qualifications and experience and those who fit your/your client’s company’s culture. I’ll compile and supply a spreadsheet of top sourced candidates.
Website Content Updates
A review of your current recruitment website with suggested improvements and web support.
I have experience working in WordPress and other website platforms and can assist you with updating your web content and posting blog articles.
I have a reputable website designer/developer in my network I can recommend to assist you with a website build or refresh. I can advise on industry best practice when it comes to showcasing your services, vacancies and employer brand online.
